How do I get started?

Are there any hidden or additional fees?

No—there are no hidden fees. We’re fully transparent about all costs. The only additional charge is a one-time $69 activation fee, and after that, you can order whenever you need, with no subscriptions or recurring commitments.

I’m running low on my prescription. How do I request a refill?

Because AV Wellness operates on a month-to-month, no-commitment model, you can request a refill through our portal 5–7 business days before your next dose is needed. We recommend ordering early—or requesting multiple vials—to allow time for processing and shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Once shipped, delivery via USPS takes 2–3 business days.

Is my medication damaged if my shipment is delayed?

Delays in shipping do not affect the medication’s safety or effectiveness. It is packaged and shipped to help maintain temperature and is not exposed to direct heat or sunlight. If it arrives warm, place it in the refrigerator to cool prior to use.

What are the quality control processes?

We partner only with certified 503A compounding pharmacies that meet FDA, state, and federal standards. All medications are prepared and overseen by licensed pharmacists, tested for quality, and shipped with patient safety as the top priority. Our entire team is HIPAA trained to protect your privacy.

Do you take insurance? Can I submit my receipts for out-of-network reimbursement?

We do not accept insurance. HSA and FSA cards may be used; however, we are not responsible for any documentation or physician notes required by your HSA/FSA provider.

Why am I not losing weight?

GLP-1 medications work best when paired with reduced-calorie diet and exercise. Results take time—most people don’t see major changes in the first few weeks. Many notice progress around 6 to 8 weeks, with the strongest results closer to 6 months.

What is the refund/cancellation
policy?

At AV Wellness, we do not offer subscriptions or recurring orders. All purchases are month-to-month with no long-term commitments or hidden fees.

Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once the pharmacy has processed your order. Due to the nature of prescription products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has left our distribution center.

If you experience any issues with your shipment or are dissatisfied with your product, please contact our team within 72 hours of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.
